About TrustCircle AI<\/h2>\n<p>TrustCircle AI is an artificial-intelligence-powered analytical and trust-intelligence platform designed to help users examine claims, evidence, patterns, reasoning, and verification requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the service, TrustCircle may provide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>claim analysis;<\/li>\n<li>evidence analysis;<\/li>\n<li>semantic analysis;<\/li>\n<li>contradiction and consistency signals;<\/li>\n<li>risk signals;<\/li>\n<li>reasoning outputs;<\/li>\n<li>verification recommendations;<\/li>\n<li>trust-intelligence assessments; and<\/li>\n<li>analytical reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TrustCircle is designed around four principles:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Signal \u2260 Proof<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Pattern \u2260 Verdict<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Risk \u2260 Guilt<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>AI \u2260 Decision Maker<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>2. No Guaranteed Lie Detection<\/h2>\n<p>TrustCircle does not guarantee that it can determine whether a person is telling the truth or lying.<\/p>\n<p>AI-generated signals, classifications, confidence values, probabilities, patterns, and analytical results are not conclusive proof of deception.<\/p>\n<p>Results may be affected by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>incomplete information;<\/li>\n<li>inaccurate information;<\/li>\n<li>missing context;<\/li>\n<li>ambiguous language;<\/li>\n<li>source quality;<\/li>\n<li>language differences;<\/li>\n<li>model limitations;<\/li>\n<li>statistical uncertainty;<\/li>\n<li>technical limitations; and<\/li>\n<li>other factors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Users must independently evaluate information before making important decisions.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Prohibited Uses<\/h2>\n<p>You must not use TrustCircle to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>unlawfully surveil another person;<\/li>\n<li>unlawfully collect personal information;<\/li>\n<li>harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate;<\/li>\n<li>impersonate another person;<\/li>\n<li>unlawfully process sensitive personal data;<\/li>\n<li>facilitate fraud or unlawful activity;<\/li>\n<li>make prohibited automated decisions about individuals;<\/li>\n<li>create or distribute defamatory allegations;<\/li>\n<li>falsely present an AI output as established fact;<\/li>\n<li>circumvent security controls;<\/li>\n<li>interfere with service operation;<\/li>\n<li>reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or<\/li>\n<li>violate applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. User-Submitted Evidence<\/h2>\n<p>You may submit claims, statements, documents, URLs, evidence, reports, or other information for analysis.<\/p>\n<p>You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and legal authority to submit such information.<\/p>\n<p>TrustCircle does not guarantee that user-submitted information is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>accurate;<\/li>\n<li>authentic;<\/li>\n<li>complete;<\/li>\n<li>current;<\/li>\n<li>lawful; or<\/li>\n<li>reliable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. AI-Generated Results<\/h2>\n<p>TrustCircle may use machine-learning models, statistical systems, rules, natural-language processing, knowledge graphs, reasoning systems, and other computational technologies.<\/p>\n<p>AI outputs may contain errors.<\/p>\n<p>A probability or confidence value does not represent certainty.<\/p>\n<p>A classification does not necessarily constitute a factual finding.<\/p>\n<p>A verification recommendation does not establish that an underlying claim is true or false.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Verification<\/h2>\n<p>TrustCircle may identify information that should be independently verified.<\/p>\n<p>Verification recommendations are intended to help users determine what additional checks may be appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>Users remain responsible for conducting appropriate verification.<\/p>\n<p>TrustCircle does not guarantee that verification recommendations will discover every error, omission, deception, or fraudulent activity.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Reports<\/h2>\n<p>TrustCircle reports may contain:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>analytical results;<\/li>\n<li>evidence summaries;<\/li>\n<li>model outputs;<\/li>\n<li>reasoning information;<\/li>\n<li>verification recommendations;<\/li>\n<li>confidence or probability values; and<\/li>\n<li>derived information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reports must be interpreted in their complete context.<\/p>\n<p>Users must not remove limitations or disclaimers from a TrustCircle report and present the remaining content as a definitive factual finding.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Accounts<\/h2>\n<p>Where registration is required, you are responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>providing accurate information;<\/li>\n<li>maintaining account security;<\/li>\n<li>protecting authentication credentials; and<\/li>\n<li>notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>12. Fees and Payments<\/h2>\n<p>Some TrustCircle services may require payment.<\/p>\n<p>Applicable prices, subscriptions, billing arrangements, refunds, and taxes will be disclosed at the relevant point of purchase or under a separate agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms.<\/p>\n<h2>13. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n<p>We use reasonable measures to protect confidential information submitted through TrustCircle, subject to applicable law and the limitations described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n<p>You should not submit information to TrustCircle where you are legally prohibited from sharing it with an external service.<\/p>\n<h2>16. Service Availability<\/h2>\n<p>We aim to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee that TrustCircle will always be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>continuously available;<\/li>\n<li>uninterrupted;<\/li>\n<li>error-free;<\/li>\n<li>compatible with every device; or<\/li>\n<li>free from maintenance or temporary outages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We may suspend or modify services when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.<\/p>\n<h2>17. Third-Party Services<\/h2>\n<p>TrustCircle may rely on third-party services for hosting, infrastructure, authentication, payments, communications, analytics, security, or other functions.<\/p>\n<p>Third-party services may operate under separate terms and privacy policies.<\/p>\n<h2>18. Security<\/h2>\n<p>We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect TrustCircle and information processed through it.<\/p>\n<p>However, no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.<\/p>\n<h2>19. Privacy<\/h2>\n<p>Your use of TrustCircle is also governed by our <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, processed, stored, protected, and deleted.<\/p>\n<h2>20. Compliance With Law<\/h2>\n<p>You must use TrustCircle in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n<p>If applicable law restricts AI analysis, profiling, surveillance, personal-data processing, or automated decision-making for a particular purpose, you are responsible for complying with those restrictions.<\/p>\n<h2>21. No Professional Advice<\/h2>\n<p>TrustCircle outputs do not constitute:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>legal advice;<\/li>\n<li>medical advice;<\/li>\n<li>financial advice;<\/li>\n<li>professional investigative advice;<\/li>\n<li>law-enforcement determinations;<\/li>\n<li>employment decisions;<\/li>\n<li>credit decisions; or<\/li>\n<li>other professional advice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>22. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/h2>\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrustCircle is provided on an &#8220;as available&#8221; and &#8220;as is&#8221; basis.<\/p>\n<p>We do not warrant that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>every result will be accurate;<\/li>\n<li>every deception will be detected;<\/li>\n<li>every truthful statement will be correctly classified;<\/li>\n<li>every false statement will be identified;<\/li>\n<li>evidence will always be complete;<\/li>\n<li>third-party information will always be accurate; or<\/li>\n<li>the service will satisfy every particular purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\n<h2>23.
