Last Updated: 03/10/2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TrustCircle AI (“TrustCircle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website, applications, analytical services, reports, and related technology.

By accessing or using TrustCircle, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

1. About TrustCircle AI

TrustCircle AI is an artificial-intelligence-powered analytical and trust-intelligence platform designed to help users examine claims, evidence, patterns, reasoning, and verification requirements.

Depending on the service, TrustCircle may provide:

  • claim analysis;
  • evidence analysis;
  • semantic analysis;
  • contradiction and consistency signals;
  • risk signals;
  • reasoning outputs;
  • verification recommendations;
  • trust-intelligence assessments; and
  • analytical reports.

TrustCircle is designed around four principles:

Signal ≠ Proof
Pattern ≠ Verdict
Risk ≠ Guilt
AI ≠ Decision Maker

2. No Guaranteed Lie Detection

TrustCircle does not guarantee that it can determine whether a person is telling the truth or lying.

AI-generated signals, classifications, confidence values, probabilities, patterns, and analytical results are not conclusive proof of deception.

Results may be affected by:

  • incomplete information;
  • inaccurate information;
  • missing context;
  • ambiguous language;
  • source quality;
  • language differences;
  • model limitations;
  • statistical uncertainty;
  • technical limitations; and
  • other factors.

Users must independently evaluate information before making important decisions.

3. No Automatic Declaration of Guilt or Dishonesty

TrustCircle does not establish as a fact that an individual is:

  • a liar;
  • criminal;
  • fraudulent;
  • dishonest;
  • dangerous; or
  • guilty of wrongdoing.

A risk signal must not be represented as proof of criminal conduct, deception, or wrongdoing.

4. Human Responsibility

TrustCircle is a decision-support and analytical technology.

Users remain responsible for decisions they make using TrustCircle outputs.

For matters involving significant consequences, users should obtain appropriate human or professional review.

TrustCircle does not replace:

  • lawyers;
  • investigators;
  • journalists;
  • auditors;
  • doctors;
  • financial advisers;
  • compliance professionals;
  • law-enforcement authorities; or
  • other qualified professionals.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide information you have the right to submit;
  • use TrustCircle lawfully;
  • respect the rights and privacy of others;
  • comply with applicable data-protection laws;

  • unlawfully collect personal information;
  • harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate;
  • impersonate another person;
  • unlawfully process sensitive personal data;
  • facilitate fraud or unlawful activity;
  • make prohibited automated decisions about individuals;
  • create or distribute defamatory allegations;
  • falsely present an AI output as established fact;
  • circumvent security controls;
  • interfere with service operation;
  • reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
  • violate applicable law.

7. User-Submitted Evidence

You may submit claims, statements, documents, URLs, evidence, reports, or other information for analysis.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and legal authority to submit such information.

TrustCircle does not guarantee that user-submitted information is:

  • accurate;
  • authentic;
  • complete;
  • current;
  • lawful; or
  • reliable.

8. AI-Generated Results

TrustCircle may use machine-learning models, statistical systems, rules, natural-language processing, knowledge graphs, reasoning systems, and other computational technologies.

AI outputs may contain errors.

A probability or confidence value does not represent certainty.

A classification does not necessarily constitute a factual finding.

A verification recommendation does not establish that an underlying claim is true or false.

9. Verification

TrustCircle may identify information that should be independently verified.

Verification recommendations are intended to help users determine what additional checks may be appropriate.

Users remain responsible for conducting appropriate verification.

TrustCircle does not guarantee that verification recommendations will discover every error, omission, deception, or fraudulent activity.

10. Reports

TrustCircle reports may contain:

  • analytical results;
  • evidence summaries;
  • model outputs;
  • reasoning information;
  • verification recommendations;
  • confidence or probability values; and
  • derived information.

Reports must be interpreted in their complete context.

Users must not remove limitations or disclaimers from a TrustCircle report and present the remaining content as a definitive factual finding.
